Users need to register a "time record" account before using this service. The "time record" account can be registered / logged in with a third-party account. Please use the mobile number that has not been bound with the "time record" account and the mobile number that has not been banned by the service according to this agreement to register the "time record" account. The service can change the way of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without prior notice to users.
2. Based on the time record app, users should authorize the time record and use their personal information to successfully register / log in the "time record" account. Therefore, the completion of user registration means that the user agrees to extract, disclose and use the user's information.
3. In view of the binding login and registration method of "time record" account, you agree that the service will allow your account, mobile device ID and other information to be used for registration during login / registration.

When users register and use the service, time recording needs to collect personal information that can identify users so that the service can contact users when necessary, or provide users with a better use experience. The information collected by the time record includes but is not limited to the user's name, cookies, etc.; the time record agrees that the use of these information will be limited by the third restriction of the user's personal privacy information protection.

The user understands and agrees that the time record has the right to punish the violation of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement in accordance with reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user in violation of laws and regulations, and save relevant information according to laws and regulations to report to relevant departments, etc., and the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
4. The user understands and agrees that the user shall indemnify and hold harmless the time record against any claim, demand or loss claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or arising from the user's breach of this agreement.

Users shall not use the "time record" account or the service to create, upload, copy, publish and disseminate the following contents prohibited by laws, regulations and policies: (1) Opposing the basic principles established by the constitution; (2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity; (3) Damaging the honor and interests of the state; (4) Inciting national hatred or discrimination and undermining national unity; (5) Those who undermine the state's religious policies and propagate heresy and feudal superstition; (6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and destroying social stability; (7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime; (8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others; (9) Information containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

The user shall not use the "time record" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish and disseminate the following contents that interfere with the normal operation of the "service" and infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties: (1) Containing any sexual or sexual suggestion; (2) Containing abusive, intimidating or threatening contents; (3) Containing harassment, garbage advertisement, malicious information and deception information; (4) Involving others' privacy, personal information or data; (5) Infringing upon the reputation right, portrait right, intellectual property right, trade secret and other legitimate rights of others; (6) Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties. 1. Any content transmitted or published by the user in or through the service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent the opinions, positions or policies of time record, which shall not bear any responsibility.
2. Users shall not use the "time record" account or the service to conduct the following behaviors: (1) Stealing other's head image or information, pretending to use other's name; (2) Forcing or inducing other users to pay attention to, click the link page or share information (3) Using technical means to establish false accounts in batches; (4) Using the "time record" account or the service to engage in any illegal and criminal activities; (5) To produce, publish, operate or disseminate methods and tools related to the above behaviors, whether for commercial purposes or not; (6) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe other users' legitimate rights and interests, interfere with the normal operation of "time record" or the service is not expressly authorized.

The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and effectiveness of the information generated and transmitted by using the "time record" account or the service, and any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user, regardless of the time record.
4. The services provided by time records may include advertisements, and users agree to display time records and advertisements provided by third-party suppliers and partners during the use. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, the user shall be responsible for the transactions based on the advertising information, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user due to the transactions based on the advertising information or the content provided by the aforesaid advertisers.

2. The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the people's Republic of China. If any dispute or dispute occurs between the user and the time record, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the time record is located.
3. Any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining provisions are still valid and binding on both parties.
